Step 3: Ship Your Return

Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please include the following with your return:

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size or product:

  • Exchange requests must be made within the 15-day return period
  • You are responsible for shipping costs for both return and new shipment
  • If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
