Return & Exchange Process

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. Please include the following with your return:

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swage Tools & Fittings – Once used, these specialized tools cannot be resold
- Custom-cut Cable & Wire Rope – Products cut to specific lengths
- Opened Marine Soft Rope – Hygiene and safety concerns
- Installed Security Chain & Locks – Security compromise
- Used Hoists, Pullers, & Grips – Safety-critical equipment
- Special Order Items – Products ordered specifically for your requirements
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items of equal value. If you need a different size or product:
- Exchange requests must be made within the 15-day return period
- You are responsible for shipping costs for both return and new shipment
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
